Zef Gjeta is an Associate Professor and Sustainable Development Specialist with a background in Agronomy from ILB (now UBT). He has completed postgraduate studies at MAICH, Crete, Greece, earning a Master’s degree and later a Doctorate from UBT. For over five years, he has held the title of Associate Professor and has authored and co-authored 10 scientific books, 7 encyclopedic works, 10 humorous books, 68 studies, 134 projects, and numerous articles. Gjeta has served as a specialist at the Institute of Corn and Rice in Shkodër and as director of the “Humor Shkodran” newspaper. He has been a National Expert in various FAO and IFAD-funded projects and is an experienced lecturer and trainer in sustainable rural development, project cycle management, natural resource management, and business planning.
