Center for Culinary Education Brings “Tryeza e Shijes” to Tirana

The Center for Culinary Education (QEK) is set to introduce a new and entirely unique experience to the city of Tirana with “Tryeza e Shijes” (The Table of Taste). This initiative aims to promote traditional Albanian culinary culture and products, while also featuring renowned regional and international cuisines.

Marketing should be at the table, but not be the meal

“Tryeza e Shijes” will offer an oasis where the values and richness of Albanian tradition, along with global culinary delights, are presented to the public by various experts in the field. The experience will include cooking demonstrations, informative sessions, and interactive participation, allowing attendees to become part of the culinary journey.

This innovative project will immerse clients in the flavors and endless possibilities of culinary culture. It has been made possible with the support of Partners Albania for Change and Development.

The investor approach to marketing

By creating this platform, QEK aims to highlight the importance of traditional and contemporary culinary arts, fostering a deeper appreciation for the diverse food heritage of Albania and beyond.

“Food is not just about nourishment; it's about culture, history, and connection.“

How to get started: A call to action for CMOs

Despite the ongoing economic volatility, the current year presents a pivotal opportunity for marketers to unlock substantial value for their companies, leveraging efficiency gains to drive growth and establish a clear agenda for the future.

In times of uncertainty, it may be tempting for companies to retract and adopt a conservative approach. However, we firmly believe that organizations that choose to double down on growth initiatives will not only recover more swiftly but also emerge from these challenges in a position of strength. These turbulent times serve as a defining moment for Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) and marketing leaders to direct their focus intensely.
