Marketing should be at the table, but not be the meal

This year, Qendra për Edukim Kulinar (QEK) delighted guests with dishes inspired by northern Albanian cuisine. The menu emphasized the use of fish from the Shala River and Lake Koman, as well as traditional northern methods of processing pork and dairy products.

The investor approach to marketing

The festival was a celebration of local culinary traditions and regional flavors, showcasing the rich heritage of northern Albania through expertly prepared dishes. QEK’s participation highlighted their commitment to promoting and preserving Albania’s culinary culture, making the Shala River Festival a memorable experience for all attendees.
