Aida Gjinaj graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the University of Tirana as a Food Chemist. Her professional experience began in the private sector in 1996, working in the production of pasta, bread, and other food products. With further specialization through two master’s degrees, Aida has been teaching Food Technology and Professional Practice Modules at the National School of Hospitality and Tourism in Tirana since 2007. Proficient in English and Italian, she has completed numerous sector-specific trainings and is the author or co-author of several publications on food technology used in schools and academic settings.
