After a long career as an Electrical Engineer, Arben Cico transitioned to the hospitality industry in 1999, beginning with a six-month intensive course organized by the Italian Ministry of Tourism. This was the first of many annual intensive trainings that continued until 2011. With 20 years of experience as a Hotel Manager at Hotel Mondial in Tirana, Arben later served as Chief Inspector for hotels working with VAS Tour and other major operators in the Albanian market. He is proficient in English, French, and Italian.
