Armand Kikino brings 28 years of experience in the restaurant industry, serving as a chef, sous chef, and head chef. With a background in history, he enjoys identifying and promoting traditional Albanian cuisine. As a member of Slow Food Albania, he advocates for the promotion of local products and their origins. Kikino is also involved in educating young generations on healthy eating through projects with primary and secondary schools and is an initiator of the SlowFish movement in Albania. He serves as the Representative Consul of the Italian Academy of Historical Gastronomy in Albania, facilitating culinary cultural exchange. Additionally, Kikino has extensive experience in managing hotel and restaurant structures and staff, specializing in start-ups and food cost management.
