Christian De Rosa, originally from Calabria, is one of Italy’s top pizzaiolos. After graduating from a professional school, Christian dedicated himself to the world of pizza, becoming a licensed technician for dough preparation and baking techniques. At just 16, he was named the Italian pizza champion in the youth category at the Verona fair in 2002. He went on to win the European pizza championship in Paris in 2008 and the world acrobatic pizza championship in Germany in 2009. Currently, Christian manages his pizzeria, “Dal Campione,” in Bologna, Italy, and participates in fairs, competitions, and television events. He has also been a chef on Junior Master Chef in Albania.
