Edvin Ahmati has over 20 years of experience in the gastronomy sector. His career began in the early 1990s in Tirana before moving to Vienna, Austria, where he worked at Hotel Rogner-Dorint “Biedermeier” and Hilton “Vienna Danube” as a waiter and later specialized as a sommelier, thanks to professional training in Austria. Since 2003, Edvin has been working at “Sky Club” Restaurant as a Maitre, coordinating work between various departments.
