Isuf Shehu started out in the culinary field in 1997, where he worked in different level restaurants like Hotel Mondial, European park, Delikatesë, Alehandro and others. Now Isufi is the director of the Veranda at Teg, taking part in many activites in and out of Albania preparing a variety of meals from different international cuisines. One important part of his range of interests includes the Albanian culinary tradition.
