Jeta Lakrori graduated as a General Practitioner in 1978 from the University of Tirana and specialized as a General Pathologist in 1989. She has worked as a General Practitioner at Polyclinic No. 1 in Tirana and served as an Advisor to the Minister of Health from 2002 to 2005. Jeta has been a member of the Governing Council of the Institute of Public Health and participated in numerous government advisory groups, supported by various donors, to develop health programs such as Proshendetit, C-Change, and the National Health Strategy. She collaborates with the Institute of Educational Development on training programs for healthy eating education. Jeta has presented at numerous conferences nationally and internationally, authored many articles in medical journals, and co-authored various health awareness materials.
