Mukades Memajdini is a Food Technologist with a degree from the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food at the Agricultural University of Tirana. With nearly 20 years of experience as a head chef at the Technological School in Tirana, she has been an Instructor in the hospitality and tourism branch at the National School of Hospitality and Tourism in Tirana since 1996. She has completed numerous sector-specific trainings in hospitality and tourism, organized primarily by international donors, and has participated in culinary fairs and festivals in countries such as Greece, Italy, Poland, and Portugal.
