After training in the hospitality and tourism sector, Rigels Rumani began his professional journey as an assistant cook and has since reached the pinnacle of his career as a chef. He has worked at some of the finest restaurants in Albania and Kosovo, including Hotel Mondial, Sky Restaurant, Steakhouse, Il Gusto, and Vila Alehandro. Currently, Rigels is the Sous Chef at the restaurant of Hotel Plaza in Tirana.
