After completing his culinary studies in 1991, Sokol Prenga began his career in some of Tirana’s top restaurants. Expanding his experience internationally, he worked at renowned establishments in Greece and Amsterdam. In 2007, he founded Delikatesë Pattisserie, Restaurant & Catering, which continues to thrive. With over seven years of consultancy experience, he specializes in culinary services for hotels and restaurants in Albania and abroad. An active participant in the culinary and tourism fields, Sokol Prenga is a consistent promoter of Albanian cuisine and has been a jury member on Masterchef Albania for all its editions.
